Living meaningfully, practicing yoga and enjoying being part of a community that thrives on simplicity following Nature’s cycles: these are my deepest passions.

Food has always been at the centre of my life, from when I was a little girl until now. I find joy in growing my own fruit and vegetables, I like to experiment making different dishes and never stop exploring different flavours and of course, like my mum, I never follow a recipe from top to bottom. 

Travelling has always fascinated me, but not out of a desire to chalk up a number of destinations.  It’s the desire to meet people and learn about their culture that draws me. I have a strong passion for India, its culture, colours and music, and for being involved in activities and projects that support social change and that bring a positive change to the community and the world. Amongst my other dream places there’s also Bali, Ireland, Ibiza, the UK, where I currently Iive, and, of course, Italy. My intention is to share those places with you, during workshops, retreats, through storytelling and while incorporating my learnings into my offerings.

Events

Do you fancy getting together and practicing some yoga, learning more about some blissful, holistic lifestyle and enjoying some yummy food?  “Yoga & Brunch” and “Yoga & Mindful Bites” are events that run through the year.

These offerings are born out of my passion for yoga, food and creating a special space for the community to connect. You will enjoy a juicy yoga class followed up by brunch or by an informative session about food and wellbeing.  You will learn the importance of being present whilst eating food and at the same time you will get inspired and connect with new friends.


 

Workshops

A wonderful way to take your practice to the next level. Immerse yourself in longer sessions, dive deep into specific asanas or work on specific areas of your body.

In these sessions, we will start and finish with meditation and breathwork, and you will learn self-care rituals. You will leave feeling relaxed, energised and able to develop a new dimension to your yoga.
