When attending a practice, you will be requested to fill in a waiver form that contains your name and surname, gender, email address and number and any relevant injuries. This is so that the teacher is aware of the students’ needs and can legitimately carry out the practice in the student’s best interest. The waiver form also contains your emergency contact solely for the use in case of an emergency.
In any of these instances you opt-in to receive information from us regarding offerings and updates.
We respect the privacy of individuals; on some occasions, we do take photographs and short video clips during yoga sessions, workshops events, which we like to use only to encourage others to join the sessions. These are used for marketing purpose in our social media page or website with your consent. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let us know; we respect your views and happy to facilitate this.
What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us for the purpose of your attendance or interest to our offerings and sending updates of yoga classes, events, workshops.
We keep your data in compliance with a legal duty of our insurance.
You can opt-out at any time by emailing beacrestini@gmail.comand request for your details to be cancelled.
Your privacy is important and we do not sell your data nor share it.

Your information is securely stored in a private, locked file, for up to 7 years, for insurance purposes.
