I am here to guide you to improve your wellbeing and to enhance your health by practicing a mix of yoga, pranayama, breath work, meditation and a holistic approach to life. Through these practices, and paying attention to functional anatomy, we can learn to nourish our inner self and reconnect with Nature’s rhythms and thrive.

I teach with enthusiasm and passion, and after a practice together, you will feel deeply restored, empowered and nourished in your body, mind and spirit.

Healthy body, calm mind, joyful spirit

Need to tone your body and feel nourished, energised and relaxed?

I teach a style of yoga based on Vinyasa embodied flow, Hatha, and attention to breath.

Through conscious embodied movement, mindful breathing, functional anatomy, meditation and weaving in some yogic philosophies, we can take care of our emotional and physical wellbeing.

Yoga originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The literal meaning of the word Yoga in Sanskrit means ‘Unity’: connecting the body, the breath and the mind.

Yoga allows for a total life transformation, don’t hesitate to try it.

Source of Calm, Peace and Connection

Meditation is a wonderful healing practice. While focusing our attention on the breathing pattern, we draw our senses inwards and avoid external distractions.

Meditation can help us settle our mind, cultivate awareness of our breath and allow us to develop the ability to get in touch with our inner self. It controls anxiety, dissolves stress, lengthens attention span’s capacity, improves sleep and helps cultivate resilience.

The best thing is that it can be practiced anywhere. I hope you will join me.
