My Story

Originally from Italy, but citizen of the world.

Born and brought up in the countryside, just outside of Rome, Italy.

I grew up picking vegetables, playing with pets and learning from my loved ones and nature around me.

I later lived in India, a land I deeply love, and I’m currently settled in the UK. Throughout my life I have been exposed to numerous cultural diversities, and Italy, the UK and India have all contributed into shaping my multicultural self and making me the person I am today.

With a background in business, a Masters degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, and working in the charity sector, I have a passion for yoga, food, travel, exploring new cultures and helping those in need.

Let’s be social!

My yoga journey

It started in Italy during my twenties, when I attended Kundalini yoga classes at a studio in Castelli Romani, my local area. It was when I moved to the UK full time that I got introduced to Iyengar yoga, a practice that accompanied me for quite a few years.

I learned a lot about my body, posture and alignment and got curious to delve more into this practice that was making me feel better, no matter what. Life took me to India for a while and there I explored more into the Iyengar and Ashtanga practice and yoga philosophy.

In 2018, back in the UK, I finally decided to embark on my first yoga teacher training journey. The following year I completed my 200- hour yoga certification with Sam Mills and the Samara School of Yoga, focusing on the vinyasa flow and Anusara alignment styles.

I am devoted to share the sacred gifts that yoga has to offer because I want everyone to reap the benefits of these life-changing practices

I’ve practiced and studied with some fabulous yoga teachers in various traditions from all over the globe, from Kundalini, Iyengar, Anusara, to Vinyasa, Hatha and Fertility yoga. I am very grateful I continue having the opportunities to learn with international yoga masters. In my development I am continuously integrating my offerings with embodiment, meditation, mindfulness, Tantric teachings and a general holistic approach to wellbeing.

charitY & Passions

When I am not teaching yoga, I work for a charity that helps people affected by sight loss. During my spare time, instead, you can find me in my garden, experimenting in the kitchen, by the ocean shores, trekking mountains or on my yoga mat of course!

My friends and students describe me as caring, genuine, thoughtful, reserved and generous but also determined, strong, open minded, positive and fun.

I am passionate about yoga and have found it to be my anchor no matter what life throws at me. I want to pursue what’s fulfilling and nourishing for me whilst letting what’s not important for me fall away. Yoga continues to show me the way to approach life, deal with difficulties, and helps me navigate through it all.
