Join me for some Yin Yoga, Journaling, Meditation and Pranayama on Sunday 26 October, 10:30–12:00pm.
This 1.5-hour session is designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Together we’ll move through:
Gentle yin yoga supported by mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks (all provided)
Journaling prompts to reflect and release
Calming pranayama and meditation
A nourishing sharing circle with herbal tea to close the evening
The Studio is a lovely building set among the magnolia trees in a unique quiet corner of the town centre, just off the London Road (free parking on site or nearby roads 2 mins walk from the studio).
This workshop is a chance to pause, breathe deeply and explore inner stillness in a supportive space.
